We use Royal Mail tracked 24 hour shipping next day or same day delivery before 3.00pm for all UK orders. Additionally, we offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all UK orders over £300.

Delivery to the European Union & Rest of the World
All international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Please note that customers outside the UK may be responsible for paying import duties to receive their order. The applicable duties and taxes vary based on the order value and the destination country, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges: At Out Lace, we offer a credit note or exchange for any item(s) returned within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day period begins once your item(s) has been delivered. Please note, we do not provide full refunds. Refunds will only be issued if the item(s) is faulty or not as described.

Important Notice: For shoes that are over 10 years old, please wear them at your own risk as their condition may naturally degrade over time.

Condition of Returned Items: Any item(s) you return must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. If the item(s) show signs of wear, damage, or stains, they will be returned to you at your own expense.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend sending your return via a tracked service so you can monitor its location.

Risk of Shipment: You are fully responsible for the shipment of returned item(s). For high-value goods, we recommend purchasing insurance to cover any potential loss or damage. Out Lace cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).
